Eligibility Criteria

To begin the admission process at Doxa Kindergarten and Daycare, a child must meet the age and documentation requirements outlined below.

1. Age Requirements
The school requires children to meet requirements for both our daycare and kindergarten programs.

a) Daycare
Children applying for baby’s creche must be between six (6) months and two (2) years.
Children applying for Doxa Explorers should ideally be between two (2) and three (3) years.

b) Kindergarten
The kindergarten program is designed for children aged three (3) to five (5) years.
Verifying a child’s age ensures developmental readiness for programs and activities suited to each age group.

2. Required Documents
a) A copy of a valid birth certificate or a copy of the child’s immunization card (for age verification)
b) Two (2) recent passport-size photographs
c) A recent report card or leaving certificate from the previous school (required for learners joining K2 and K3)

3. Registration Process
a) Application Form
Registration begins with completing an application form. This form collects essential information about the child, including personal details and contact information. It helps the school understand the child’s needs and prepare for their transition into the school environment.

b) Medical Form
The medical form captures important health and emergency details. This information enables staff to safeguard the child’s well-being and respond appropriately in case of emergencies.

c) Policies and guidelines
As part of the application process, parents or guardians must review and sign the school’s policies and guidelines. By signing, they agree to support and comply with the school’s policies throughout their child’s educational journey.

d) Admission Offer
Once all required documents are submitted, the school issues an official Admission Offer confirming the child’s acceptance into Doxa Kindergarten and Daycare.

4. Issuance of the Admission Package
After the admission offer is accepted, parents receive an Admission Package containing:

a) Copy of school policies.
A complete copy of Doxa Kindergarten and Daycare’s policies, providing guidance on expectations, procedures, and conduct.

b) Brochure
A detailed brochure outlining the curriculum, teaching approach, extracurricular activities, and special programs offered at Doxa Kindergarten and Daycare.

c) Payment Details
Information on tuition fees, additional charges, and payment schedules. Please note that payment details are provided only after all required registration steps have been completed and documents submitted.
